There is an icon in the corner of each equipment tile indicating whether it is a tofu equipment or a gobball equipment. The four front slots are for 2 piles of Armour Equipment, 1 Pile of Weapon Equipment, 1 Pile of Trinket Equipment. Randomize the piles before game, put equipment hider token in front and you can draw from the piles during play. Same with the 3 round slots. Dungeon, Special and Normal mob tokens go in each with the proper mob cover in front. Randomize and draw during the game.
How are you handling the terrain? I can't get it to fit back in and I glued everything.
